Add your CV to our jobs database
You may wish to add your CV to the calibration4u database. As more employers become aware of the UK's only calibration recruitment site, adding your CV will promote you to a targeted audience.
Adding your CV is very easy, and will take less than 5 minutes.
You can choose from several privacy options:
Employers can view your CV with all your personal details
Employers can view your CV with only work history
Employers can only see your CV if you apply for a position
On the Calibration Jobs page, you'll find the Jobseekers Section. You can check the current jobs advertised on calibration4u, submit your CV, or read the FAQ.
Selecting "Submit your CV" opens a new window, where you will be required to open your jobvertise account. Then access the Login page, using your email and password. Your account will be confirmed by Jobvertise with an email, but you can start adding your CV straight away!
On reaching the "Edit Resume" page, an easy to fill form awaits you. You're required to enter the following fields:
Job Title
Give the job title you're looking for (vague is ok!)
Target City
Your current location or where you'd like to relocate. Makes it easier for employers to target you geographically.
Target State
Leave blank unless you're looking for work in the USA.
Target Country
Choose the country you'd like to work (hint: UK is near the end).
Acceptable Relocation
How far are you willing to go?
Desired Job Type
Full, Part Time or Contract
Well that's about 45 seconds gone, and you may have noticed the slight American bias in the site. A UK friendly version is on the way!
Education Level
Roughly translates.
Experience
Limited choice of experience gained.
All the information entered so far is what a potential employer views, before deciding to look at your CV.
Next, cut and paste your previously written CV. You have the option of not including any personal information eg. name, address, current employer....
You can also enter a cover letter, however this can be tailored previous to any applications you make.
Finally, you can choose whether an employer can view your CV when searching for candidates.
All Done! Jobvertise will now try and extract money from you to "feature" your CV. Please skip past this part.
